Application engineered mixers
UET serves these markets in several ways: UET is able to rapidly respond to customer inquiries, solve their mixing problems, and deliver application engineered mixers in a timely fashion. UET also serves its markets with retrofits and up-grades of all types of existing mixers. UET offers the highest quality components and equipment in the industry. The core of UET’s product line is the model XCEL-FLO top and side mounted turbine mixers. Other products include the XCELight portable mixer, the Heliflo static mixer, and the XCEL-FLO PLUS sanitary mixer. Although not a product per se, the Retrofit Technology is a significant part of UET’s business which has evolved as an outgrowth of UET’s problem solving capabilities. All UET products are backed by a standard 2-year warranty against defects in workmanship and errors in engineering. Extended warranties are available beyond 2-years. Typical Application
UET has engineered advanced impeller designs for maximum efficiency, often twice the efficiency of our competitors. Gearboxes are engineered to handle the arduous mixer service, thereby, eliminating frequent parts replacement. Each mixer is tested before shipment and then carefully packaged to avoid damage. Careful attention to design, materials and manufacturing means that a UET mixer will deliver reliable service for many years.
